Arthur was a bit put out at being required to sit still for photos when there were cake and coffee odours wafting about.
He might also be a bit miffed that beagles in the UK have been booted from Guinness Book of Records status - most dogs of a single breed assembled in a single place - by Melbourne dachshunds.

Just for your information Arthur there are foxes living along the rail corridor but I have not heard beagles bugle-ing up and down the suburb in the ancestral manner.
Get Mum a red cardigan and a hobby horse - enliven the place a bit, cause a bit of mirth, give Mr. Tod a bit of a hurry up.
