Fairy Garden Enhancements

Over the last few weeks, a structure has sprouted in the Fairy Garden, on Sherwood Road- opposite #39.  The robust structure houses several dioramas sure to enchant and intrigue.    In 2023 FoEV hosting a planting bee for the Year 4 students at Ivanhoe Girls Grammar School.

The students wanted to create some public spaces artwork to contribute to our Fairy Garden, so they built 8 unique dioramas to be permanently added to our garden. Thanks to the Tues/Thurs men’s group for the structure to house and protect these imaginative pieces.

This is an excellent example of how working together builds community and a desire to enhance our environment.
