Public toilet plan - tell Council what you think ...#1

The draft Public toilet plan is on tomorrow night's agenda for adoption by Council.  The agenda and papers can be found on the link below.  Members of the public can apply (via the same link) to speak for 2 minutes about it before the councillors discuss and make their decision.  You need to apply by 12 midday Monday.
