Sunday 28th July is National Tree Day, and Friends of Eaglemont Village is hosting a working bee.  Please come along to help us plant out, and care for the land along the rail line, and meet some of your neighbours.  Starting at 43A Sherwood Road at 9.30 am.

Other things coming up are:

Wed 24th Working Bee 43A Sherwood Road 9.30am, to help with preparation for National Tree Day.  Please note this is one week earlier than the regular working bee, so there will not be the regular scheduled working bees on either Wed 31st or Sat 3 August.

The Sit and Sew group has a new name: Meet Up and Make It.  Same time (2pm, 1st Thursday of the month) same place (The Dish), but a change of name to reflect that we include a wide range of crafts, not just sewing!  So come along for a chat, and bring something to work on at the same time, or just admire what others are doing.  Next Meeting is Thursday 1 August.

Chelsworth Park Pavilion redevelopment - The next stage is happening, with the draft pavilion plans being available, a survey closing on 12 August, and some workshops before then.
