Update, Sunday 10 March

Thanks to all the workers who turned out  for 3 recent working bees (Wed 28 Feb, Sat 2 March, Thurs 7 March).  The Fairy Garden and the area around it is now much tidier, we have removed a lot of Agapanthus seed heads and some cotoneaster, and done some serious weeding and watering along Sherwood Road, particularly in the bluestone bed area.  Future working bees are planned for Wed 27 March and Sat 6 April - check the next newsletter for details.

Kate Thwaites, our Federal MP, dropped in on the Thursday 7 March working bee  - more below.

Many of the plants are looking a bit tired and stressed as a result of both the heat and lack of rain, so please help us by using the water we are putting out in milk bottles (and if you are able to, please refill them too).

This month's Newsletter will be published on Sunday 24 March, and we'd love some articles from our readers. Please send them to us by Saturday 23 for inclusion this month, at eaglemontvoice@outlook.com.
