Water tank site Redevelopment
Plans for this site can be found on Shaping Banyule (link below).
The plans are for a park and playground in the south-west corner of the site on Forster Street (instead of the south-east corner) and apartments on the remainder of the site - up to 12 storeys (41 m). Around 275 apartments, with a minimum 10% affordable housing.
There's a drop-in on-site consultation on Saturday 20th April 10-12 (in the existing playground on Forster St), and an on-line one on Thursday 18th 6.30-8pm (register via Shaping Banyule).
Feedback is via a survey on Shaping Banyule until 10 May.
